If a good bulb doesn't light and the socket isn't corroded, check the trunk to trunk lid wiring where it bends most sharply approaching the trunk lid. You can slide down the black sheath to inspect the wiring. The wires have too small of a bending radius, and eventually crack and break hmr. 1201 posts · Joined 2002. #5 · Sep 7, 2010 (Edited) The E90 has a single electric cooling fan that consolidates functions of older cooling designs: the mechanical engine fan with a viscuous clutch and an auxilliary electric fan. In hotter weather, the E90 electric fan will blow faster and be noisier. Totally normal.

There is the list of features that are coming with the new seats: 1-Airbag sensor. 2-Seat belt sensor. 3-Heating system. 4-4 motors for position adjustments. 5-Side bolsters. 6-Lumbar bolster. So, any seat are coming with at least option 1 and 2. I already have option 3 and I will add the option 4-5-6.Take a plastic trim tool and remove the steering colum trim. Remove the 4 T-30 screws and remove the clock spring. Install the new clock spring. You will need to make a wiring harness for the heated steering wheel. Take the 12 pin connector and transfer the 6 wire to the top 6 pins in the 12 pin connector (1-6).
The Hot Coolant Supply Hose (Inlet) is #1 in that diagram. It is the Lower of the two hoses that connects at the firewall. It has a "Quick Connect" fitting at the firewall attachment point. The hose above it is the "Return" hose (from the Heater Core back to Coolant Reservoir).
